TenguFormat.com is proud to present the Tengu Format World Championship!
A year-long journey where players from across the globe compete for their place among the very best.
Throughout 2025, duelists will battle in online qualifiers, local partnerships, seasonal ladders, and community series events, each step bringing them closer to the ultimate stage.
Every event matters, as all qualifiers directly contribute to the Worlds Finals prize pool, ensuring the rewards grow with the size of our community.
In January 2026, the strongest competitors will gather for the World Championship Finals. Expect cash prizes, exclusive playmats, and a field stacked with the very best players Tengu Format has to offer.

Ways to qualify
World Championship Qualifiers:
Hosted on the TenguFormat.com Discord server, through partnered communities like Format Library, and in collaboration with select in-person events and content creators.
These events include both single-day and multi-day tournaments, where the top players earn their spot at Worlds.
Toronto Time Capsule Series:
A more casual series that acts as the server’s “locals.”
Winners from each TTC event qualify for the invite-only TTC Finals.
The top two players at the Finals will receive invites to Worlds.

Seasonal Ladder:
Using Format Library’s ranked system, a 100-day seasonal ladder tracked rated matchmade duels throughout the summer.
The two highest-rated players at the end of the season earned their invites to Worlds.
Last-Chance Qualifier
The final opportunity before Worlds.
A paid-entry event hosted on the TenguFormat.com Discord server.
All entry fees go directly into the Worlds Finals prize pool.
